The washroom was not cleaned properly and the hair dryer also didn’t work. But overall it was nice and comfortable.

酒店位置便利，毗鄰地鐵口。前臺熱情專業，入住流程高效。客房設計現代，床品舒適，衛浴設施嶄新潔凈。自助早餐品類豐富，現煮面檔尤其驚艷。保潔服務細致，夜床服務貼心。整體性價比極高，會推薦給親友再次入住！

The hotel is located near the station. Exit through gate 7 and walk a little further. If you exit through gate 2, there is a mall, which is very convenient. The room has a smell of cigarettes; if you stay for several nights, they will change the items, but they don’t clean it.

The hotel is a bit off central line, not to hard to get to airport but need 2 connections. No near by convinent store, you need to buy things needed from the department store at the station. Sadly there are smoke smell in the room, could be due to corridor smoker. The elevator only took us to the 4th floor but we need to walk 1/2 the floor to our room. But compare to the price it is probably reasonable. And they change the towels everyday which is nice.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days (3-bed room) and everything is perfect since the beginning. We chose this hotel because of the reasonable price and 3-bed type room. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. The location is near Metro (Lujiabang Station, Ex.7) approximately 200 m. or 5-minute walk. The room is clean and wide. After we checked out, we left our luggage with them for a short-day trip before going to the airport which is very helpful service cuz some hotels don't allow you to do that. Housekeeper come to clean the room everyday. Some disadvantages we found: no refrigerator, toilet door was nearly broken due to unfunctional doorknob but these can be ignored for us personally. We didn't know the background of some negative comments here but our 3-bed type room is wonderful. Thanks to the hotel and staff for providing us with wonderful experience in Shanghai. Hope they read my comment and will be encouraged to do their job with best effort as they have always been do so.

Simple room. Good location. Was on the cheaper side for Shanghai. Can't complain about what we got for the money we spent. Happy enough. Would stay here again if on a budget. Helpful staff.

Very nice hotel, clean and the reception was very friendly Good food. The location was very good, near the metro station and lots of restaurant and coffee shop near by. Highly recommended.
